It is a fact, that you will not receive better customer service from a company. As far as the Soulfa goes, it is so comfortable, and with 2 kids and 2 dogs, I have been amazed at how I've been able to keep it clean. If you are considering the RH (Restoration Hardware) Cloud, PLEASE do your research. You will not be sorry if you go with this sectional.

About 2 years ago, My mother-in-law had purchased a Soulfa, for my sister-in-law and they both swear by the comfort and aesthetic (not to mention that 2 years later it looks and feels as good as new), so we were hooked. The kicker for us is that they construct all their products without the use of formaldehyde and harsh chemicals.Plus, the customer service experience is something that I have not experienced in the service industry in a while. Alrighty- this company is freaking amazing!!!This couch was a very big decision for me because it is pricier... But when you compare it to the RH (Restoration Hardware) couch, Soulfa is such a steal! I would recommend 1000 times over, especially given the fact that it has washable covers. I couldn't be happier with the SOULFA and their team.

By far, the most comfortable sofa set I have ever sat in! The Vegan leather is super soft and it looks absolutely gorgeous!!
